COEUR Terms & Conditions

Welcome to COEUR. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, reservations, memberships, workshops, classes, private sessions, and other services offered by Coeur LLC (“COEUR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing or booking a COEUR service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable cancellation or studio policies.

Bookings & Purchases

All classes, workshops, memberships, packages, private sessions, and other services are subject to availability.

Prices and offerings may change from time to time. Any changes will not affect services already purchased unless otherwise communicated and agreed upon.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information when creating an account, registering, or making a purchase.

Workshops & Programs

Registration for a multi-session workshop or program reserves your place for the full program unless otherwise stated.

COEUR Reformer Fundamentals is a five-week program consisting of 10 scheduled sessions. Registration is for the full series rather than individual sessions.

Because our groups are intentionally small, availability is limited and your registration reserves a space that may otherwise have been offered to another participant.

Memberships, class packages, booking windows, expiration dates, late-cancellation policies, no-show policies, and other conditions applicable to regular studio classes will be displayed at the time of purchase or within your CŒUR account.

Memberships and packages are for the registered client and may not be transferred or shared unless CŒUR expressly allows it.

Schedule & Instructor Changes

We may occasionally need to change an instructor, class time, program schedule, or other details due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.

If COEUR cancels a service, we will provide an appropriate credit, make-up option, rescheduling option, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Participation

Pilates and other COEUR offerings involve physical activity. You are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you and for communicating relevant injuries, limitations, pregnancy, or other considerations to your instructor when appropriate.

Participation may require completion of a separate liability waiver, informed consent, and/or intake form before your first session.

COEUR instructors may offer modifications or suggest that a participant discontinue an exercise when appropriate for safety.

Personal Belongings

Please keep personal belongings with you or in designated areas. COEUR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Studio Conduct

We want COEUR to be a welcoming and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of unsafe, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or seriously disruptive behavior.

Intellectual Property

COEUR's name, branding, photographs, written materials, class materials, workshop materials, and other original content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Privacy

Information you provide to us is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase or use will apply as permitted by law.
