Cancellation Policy

COEUR Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective: September 2026

Because COEUR offers intentionally small classes and workshops, each reservation holds a space that could otherwise be offered to another client. We ask that you make changes as early as possible.

Reformer Fundamentals

Registration for COEUR Reformer Fundamentals is for the complete five-week program, consisting of 10 scheduled sessions (two sessions per week).

The program fee is $300 per participant and reserves your place in your selected workshop group for the entire series.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the first scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program begins are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your place from the waitlist.

Once the program has begun, registration is non-refundable.

Missed Fundamentals Sessions

Because Fundamentals is a progressive series and your registration reserves your place for all 10 sessions, refunds or credits are not provided for missed sessions.

If space is available in another Fundamentals group during the same program cycle, we may allow you to attend a make-up session. Make-up sessions are subject to availability, are not guaranteed, and must be arranged with COEUR in advance.

Regular Classes

Cancellation and no-show rules applicable to regular COEUR classes will be displayed when booking and may vary depending on the membership, package, or service purchased.

Any applicable late-cancellation or no-show fee will be disclosed before purchase or booking.

Private Sessions & Other Services

Cancellation terms for private sessions, special events, and other services will be provided at the time of booking when they differ from this policy.

Cancellations by COEUR

If COEUR needs to cancel a session, we will provide a make-up session, rescheduling option, credit, or other appropriate accommodation.

If COEUR cancels an entire program, participants will receive a refund for services that cannot be provided.
